1. Adult-Only Service
Reknott is a matrimony platform intended for adults who are seeking a life partner.
Users must meet the minimum age requirement applicable to use Reknott. Individuals who do not meet the applicable minimum age requirement are not permitted to create or maintain an account on the platform.
Reknott does not knowingly permit children to use its services for matrimony, dating, profile discovery, or communication with other users.
2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
Reknott has zero tolerance for any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Reknott:
Creating, uploading, sharing, distributing, requesting, or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Any sexualized image, video, message, or other content involving a minor.
Sexual exploitation or abuse of children.
Grooming or attempting to establish inappropriate or sexual relationships with minors.
Sexual solicitation of a minor.
Attempting to arrange sexual contact with a minor.
Using Reknott to facilitate, promote, or encourage the exploitation or abuse of children.
Sharing links or directing users to content involving the sexual exploitation of children.
Attempting to bypass or interfere with Reknott's child-safety measures.
Any account or content found to violate these standards may be removed, and the associated account may be suspended or permanently terminated.
3. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Reknott provides users with mechanisms to report inappropriate content and safety concerns through the application.
Users who encounter suspected child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or CSAM are encouraged to report the concern as soon as possible.
When submitting a report, users should provide relevant information that can help Reknott identify the account, profile, message, image, or other content involved.
Reports concerning child safety are treated seriously and may be reviewed and escalated as appropriate.
If a child is in immediate danger, users should contact their local emergency services or appropriate law-enforcement authorities immediately.
4. Review and Enforcement
Reknott takes appropriate action when it becomes aware of suspected violations of these Child Safety Standards.
Depending on the circumstances, actions may include:
Removing violating content.
Restricting access to content or platform features.
Suspending an account.
Permanently terminating an account.
Investigating reported activity.
Preserving relevant information where appropriate and legally permitted.
Escalating suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities when required or appropriate.
Reknott may also take action against accounts that attempt to evade safety controls or repeatedly violate our policies.
5. Cooperation With Law Enforcement
Reknott supports efforts to prevent and combat child sexual abuse and exploitation.
Where required by applicable law, or where appropriate to protect children and comply with legal obligations, Reknott may cooperate with law-enforcement agencies and other competent authorities.
Information may be provided through appropriate legal processes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. User Responsibility
All Reknott users are expected to use the platform responsibly and respectfully.
Users must not:
Use Reknott to target or exploit minors.
Request or share sexual content involving minors.
Attempt to contact minors for inappropriate or sexual purposes.
Facilitate the exploitation or trafficking of children.
Upload or distribute illegal content.
Encourage other users to engage in child exploitation or abuse.
Users should report suspected violations rather than engaging with, sharing, or redistributing prohibited content.
